Your team

The scheduling software you pay for separately is already in here.

Most shops run a POS, then pay again for scheduling, then again for the time clock, and none of the three ever speak. Yours knows what you actually sold last Friday — so it knows what next Friday needs.

What it replaces

Three subscriptions and a group chat.

This is the stack a typical shop is running to get a rota out, and the reason none of it lines up with what the till knows.

Scheduling app

The rota, the swaps, the announcements.

Time clock

Punches, breaks, timesheets.

Payroll export

Re-typed from two of the above.

A group chat

Where the real shift-swapping happens.

A printed sheet

By the office door, already out of date.

Your own head

For who is good on a Friday.

What it does

From the rota to the payslip.

Build the schedule

Drag and drop, saved templates, recurring shifts, by role and by station — and published across every location at once if you run more than one.

Availability and time off

People submit when they can work and request time off in the app. Requests come to you with the balance already worked out, not as a text at eleven at night.

Swaps that do not need you

Shifts get dropped, picked up and traded between staff — but only by people actually eligible to work them, so a swap cannot quietly break a rule.

A clock on whatever they have

Clock in on the POS, the kiosk, a phone or the web, with a PIN or a QR code. Breaks tracked, timesheets built as it goes.

A clock that closes itself

Automatic clock-out at shift end, after an interval, or when somebody leaves the geofence — so you stop paying for the punch a closer forgot on their way out.

Punches you can trust

Geofenced, with a photo at the punch and the device bound to your shop, because buddy-punching is a real cost and everybody knows it.

Breaks and overtime, before they happen

Break, overtime, minor-hours and predictive-scheduling rules applied while you are building the rota — not discovered in a penalty afterwards.

Labour against live sales

Your labour percentage against what you are actually taking, while the shift is still running. That is a decision you can still make; a Monday report is a post-mortem.

A rota it will draft for you

Built from your own demand — the day, the weather, what is booked in — and handed to you to change. It suggests; you decide.

Payroll and tips out the other end

Export to ADP, Gusto, QuickBooks or Paychex, with tip pooling on the rules you set rather than the rules the software assumed.

The talking bit

Announcements, task lists and a manager log book in the same place as the rota, so the handover is not three screenshots in a group chat.

Their own app

Staff get their schedule, their swaps, their availability and their punches on their own phone, without a terminal login.

Why it matters

Why this belongs in the POS and nowhere else.

  1. 01

The rota should know what you sold

A standalone scheduler is guessing at how busy you will be. This one is reading the same order history the register wrote — so the Friday it staffs for is the Friday you actually had.

  2. 02

Labour percentage is only useful live

Every system can tell you on Monday what labour cost you. Knowing at seven, while you can still send somebody home or call somebody in, is a different product.

  3. 03

One record, so nobody re-types it

Hours punched on the till are the hours on the timesheet are the hours in the payroll export. Every hand-off you remove is a place a mistake used to live.

Bring last week’s rota.

And the one argument it caused. We will build the week in front of you, with your real sales underneath it.
